Born and raised in Hawaii, I’ve always believed that business can be both professional and personal. While serving in the U.S. Army, I learned the power of structure, service, and leadership. From there, I built a career in HR across diverse industries like agriculture, manufacturing, logistics, and government defense, each one teaching me how to support people and systems with care and precision.
But it wasn’t just about policies and payroll. It was about people. I saw how the right support could transform a workplace, uplift a team, and create lasting impact. That’s why I started this business, to offer services that go beyond the checklist and truly empower success.
